Yes but not compulsory-use!! It's a federal building and lactating women are human beings with rights and who deserve the same accommodations and comforts afforded others. The bathroom is not an comfortable (and sometimes not even viable) accommodation for this common and life-supporting act. I don't understand how women are 50% of the population and things like this have to be fought for so hard. As long as the human species persists (fingers crossed y'all) there will be lactating women! EDIT: This should obviously be an optional-use room, women should be able to breastfeed anywhere and for those who want/need more privacy/a table/chairs/etc there should be a place.
