I am torn, but in the end I have to be a no on this. First off, where is the money made off of existing energy and mining leasing fees on public lands going? It should already be going here. But what tips it over the edge for me is that it sets a precedent where we address funding of public parks by selling them off to for profit ventures, which only encourages more exploitation for private profit of land that we ALL own. That is a recipe for disaster that I cannot support.
