Low paying jobs are not designed for people to live on. They are beginner jobs. I have been paid minimum wage and I didn't expect to get paid more to be able to pay my bills, I went out and worked 3-4 jobs at a time. I worked my way up to a well paying job after gaining more skills. I feel biased because I worked hard to get paid what I do now only to turn around and see that people would be getting paid half of what I do for doing way less work. Plus, I see people saying that not everyone can afford training or to go to college to get a degree for a higher paying job, that is non-sense. I don't have a degree and I didn't get any special training that I had to pay for. There are too many free public resources out there for people to use to get better jobs or free training. Stop making excuses.
