I definitely believe women should have the right to abort a pregnancy but as one who knows pain, like the majority of humans do, I do not feel it is right to legally inflict pain on another human. If 20 weeks is that scientific cutoff then I am for that. It is definitely long enough to make a decision in normal circumstances. However, we all know there are abnormal circumstances which do need to be accounted for. In those cases a method for aborting in the absolute most painless and solicitous way possible. I'm assuming it would be similar to the process of executing a criminal on death row. Sleep, stoppage of the heart, then removal from the body, then burial. Yes burial to acknowledge that a human life has passed.
