Should Money Seized From Drug Cartels Like “El Chapo” Go to Funding the Border Wall?

Building a border wall will not make America safer. It's POTUS' vanity project and an extravagance regardless of the source of funds. El Chapo's assets could be better used for infrastructure, education or protecting the environment.
