Should the U.S. Stay in the Paris Agreement?

The only reason that it looks like we are a country that pollutes less is because we have a smaller population. Per person in China they pollute at a rate of 7 metric tons of CO2 per year, in the United States we pollute at 15 metric tons of CO2 pollution per year. We are still the pollution Pigs.
