They are called drones, but really they are toy helicopters, cameras happen to have gotten small enough to be mounted, and the commercial application is surveying, real estate videos, music videos, wedding videos etc. warn people about the laws on flying near airports (which is limited with a geofence gps chip) and the right to privacy laws on the books already. They can't fly and peak into your window legally now anyhow, but times are changing and using a product to earn money should be taxed not regulated to the point it's impractical. I also think that there should be guidelines where you can snag the drone out of the air if it's on your property. Also keeps people honest when flying.
