Should Publicly Accessible Federal Buildings Have a Lactation Room for Breastfeeding Moms?

I breastfed my daughter 26 years ago. It was not easy. Sad that it's still a discussion point. While women should be able to feed her baby ANYWHERE it would be really nice to go to a private clean place to go when desired.
