Federal money is already not used to fund abortions, but even if it was 1) Reducing access to abortion only means women who are in desperate situations will go into the shadows for unsafe abortions. 2) Reducing access to abortion especially targets low-income and minority groups who may not have the income to pay for needed healthcare, while wealthy people will still have access that may reduce the burden of healthcare costs, creating greater disparity in class inequality. 3) In grave cases where a mother is in danger of losing her life during pregnancy, or in cases of rape or incest, this law will prevent women who cannot afford needed healthcare from receiving care.
