IMO, the federal government should release restrictions to allow more studies proving that MJ is less harmful than alcohol and prescription medicines. Regulate the sale and taxation like alcohol and tobacco as the revenues will then help each states infrastructure. No one is condoning that recreational use is okay while working, just like alcohol is not. The benefits outweigh the restrictions thought to have adverse implications to psyche and production. Use the taxation for replacement of taxable dollars used for housing petty criminals for a moment of relaxation. If the state allows it how can the federal government prosecute you? It is either legal or not. The federal government can't have it both ways. They should make a list of pros and cons and stop with the idea that you'll go crazy because you relax for a minute. I personally do not smoke or use it, but just because I don't, doesn't mean I haven't a clue how the benefits will be helpful to the states and citizens whom do.
