Why is this even a question? One of the most important rights, duties, obligations and privileges of citizenship is the right to vote. Non-citizens never had it, nor should they. In my opinion, scratch the surface of this non question and it simply becomes political grandstanding by anti-immigration people. Naturalized citizens and all American citizens should vote. Non-citizens should not. Now, let's talk about something serious next, okay? More substance, less posturing. Please.
