Ha,Ha. This is ridiculous. Climate is just that. Climate and it changes. Yes, we need to take care of our home, but we are not the only ones living here. We have done very well keeping our neighborhood nice. The rest of the world is not as respectful. The biggest problem America has is the big city governments allowing filth on the streets. The human waste, drug use and handcuffing by rulings, of our police is adding to this disgrace and health issue for our USA neighborhood.
