Absolutely not. What is next, allowing people to drive without driver's license because they are only going a mile up the street, so cant possibly hurt anyone. It is shameful what is happening in this country to hurt the planet. God gave you this planet and scientists, but you take advantage of them or ignore them for your own greed. It is selfish people that don't give a care about anyone else. How can you not care about children?
