Should Countries That Oppose the U.S. Position at the United Nations Not Get Foreign Aid?

If stopping funding to another country is necessary, let’s take that as a case by case scenario. I would rather have “allies” that can be honest about where they agree and disagree with us rather than just have “yes men” who do whatever we say.
