Not that I am against poliygraohs, but, I have seen too many applicants for Custums and Border Protection Air and Marine be disqualified due to certain questions being answered that were determined to be undetermined. For the most part these are former military officers with secret and top secret clearances. There is a reason why polygraphs are not admissible in court. Any one who would say no to this bill has no idea of what they are talking about. There's more to it than just exempting these group of individuals, there is a reason for this. Like I mentioned earlier I am not against polygraphs but anything that comes up undetermined should not be held against the applicant....Now if it shows they are actually lying then that is a different story.
