Of course this absurdity will pass the House, but it shouldn't. I swear I feel like throwing my hands in the air and walking away, because every vote result I've seen lately has been absurd, and when this one passes, my biggest fear about this president will be confirmed. He'll just HAVE to pick a fight, and once he has the military of his dreams, he will HAVE to test it. We will be in a war like no other and all he'll say is, "Isn't this GREAT!"
