This one is tough. All science used to develop EPA rules and regulations should be peer reviewed. Asduming that is the case, then that science should be available for the general public. The peer review process should include peers outside the government or the organization that produced the information. Going down this path should provide sufficient repeatable information to allow the EPA to move forward with its process. I do not think we should make this process unduly difficult or burdensome. I am very disappointed this administration is undoing so much of the good put in place by prior administrations to improve the environment.
