Should Members of (& Candidates For) Congress be Prohibited From Fundraising When Congress is in Session?

They should be in their seats, at their jobs when they are meant to be doing their jobs. That is why they are there - to do their jobs. Fundraising is undermining our entire process. There has to be a better way.
