Letting Taxpayers Put Up to 10% of Their Federal Income Taxes to Paying Down the National Debt & Cutting Spending by an Equal Amount

Reduce unneeded Military spending and weapons we don't need. I don't want to prop up Lockheed Martin for planes that don't work and never see Military service.
