Should the USDA Prioritize Research Into the Use of Timber Products in Tall Buildings?

Our forests are the earth's lungs. We have already plundered our forests for commerce. We want to preserve and to restore forests, not to find more ways to destroy them. Put that research money into supporting the environment please.
