I had to think long and hard about this one. This is a slippery slope. On one hand, people who leave here and take up arms in a foreign land, against the United States, are terrorists, and terrorists should never be allowed citizenship status. On the other hand it could be argued that if the day ever comes when the Government issues decrees which make gun ownership prohibitive to all citizens, this law could be used to arrest and confiscate their individual weapons, as those people could pose a threat of terrorism, whether demonstrated or not. That would violate the very principles of the 2nd amendment.
