Should Veterans be Eligible for Premium Assistance Tax Credits If They’re Not Enrolled in VA Healthcare?

Veterans should absolutely be able to choose private insurance over the abomination they get. I have clients who have Medicare and they have more options then veterans. Why shouldn't veterans get a choice in their healthcare.
