Should Propaganda Entities (Like Confucius Institutes) Have to Register as Foreign Agents?

We need to clean up our own lying propaganda first. Like Fox so-called news and other extreme faux news sites. We also need to label fake documentaries as what they are; they are certainly not documentaries which have in the past been fact-checked.
