If the president deems it necessary, in an emergency to receive funds to protect our country he has every right to do so. I know many people do not think these caravans coming into our country , that's not a crisis or an emergency. I think it is. How are we going to support all of these people coming into our country. You want to come to the United States you come in legally. Or you don't get in at all. We have a right. Immigrants are welcome in our country. But you must come in legal, not Force your way through our borders. They have put up border walls in the past three presidents Clinton Obama Bush all asked for border walls , and better security democrats and Republicans voted yes but they never did anything. If they took care of this years ago we would not be in ,this situation we are in now. It is time to get the job done and that's for our future
