This is merely a talking point for liberals who are jealous of success. When we hear the term "bonus", we think of it as some sort of underhanded kickback, especially when paid to someone in upper management or higher. If there is a contract in place which allows for a bonus to be paid, do not put the business in the position of violating that contract. Also, stop the class warfare against CEOs and job creators. Bonuses are ever bit a part of one's salary the same as the compensation that is paid either hourly or monthly.
