No Budget, No Pay: Holding Congressional Paychecks When They Can't Agree on a Budget

There has to be some level accountability for lawmakers just like there is for the people they are making these laws for. Plain and simple if your not doing your job, which is to make laws, then you shouldn't get paid... Until you make laws.
