Don't repeal it, fix it. The Affordable Care Act should assign those who need insurance to insurers by determining Assigned Risk. If you company has 50% of the insurance market in a state, you get 50% of assigned risk. If people cannot afford insurance, the government should assist/ pay the full amount based on need. The private sector will do a far better job of managing affordable care than the government. Also, any person should be able to place a father, mother, sister, brother, child, or step child on their family insurance plan without exception.
