Rep Labrador, you know all too well the environmental damage that has been done to watersheds in Idaho - there are streams in the Sawtooths, for instance, that still show remnants of a mining past now decades past. Why would you - especially as you've just been picked to lead the natural resources subcommittee - help push this forward, when we all know Idaho watersheds need this protection? This isn't a bill for the people - it's a bill for big business. We who care about Idaho's outdoor lands and spaces expect better from you. Vote Nay on HJR 38 - Idaho lands and waters needs protection like the Stream Protection Rule.
