Many people are commenting on this saying that many will abuse this system or they are not educated enough to vote. Many people don't even vote and no one will go through the troubled of "voting multiple times" to rig the voting. And if you think someone isn't educated enough on the issues, if they are willing to come out and vote on the issues, they are mostly likely educated enough to want to exercise the constitutional right. This bill I'd passed would also create discrimination against lower income votes who are unable to go thorough the complicated steps of getting identification. This bill seems like lesser version of the education tests that were required to prevent African Americans from voting. We need to move to a more progressive and equal society rather than moving backwards.
