I understand that Obamacare is imperfect; however, millions of Americans depend on it for coverage. According to the Congressional Budget Office's analysis, the number of uninsured Americans will grow by 14 MILLION in 2018 under the replacement bill. While the repeal of the individual mandate explains some of the increase, it doesn't account for the millions who'll lose coverage due to Medicaid Expansion cuts and caps. The CBO also finds that out-of-pocket costs will rise due to looser requirements for insurers and financial assistance for low-income Americans will be repealed. The GOP has promised an improvement on ObamaCare, but I don't see an improvement when I look at the CBO's analysis. Instead, I see a step backward. This issue is a determining factor in how I vote, and I'm paying close attention to how you vote.
