The concept that net neutrality is stifling innovation is laughable. The fact that many ISPs dominate or are the sole provider of internet services in 80% of the country is what is stifling innovation in the marketplace of ISPs. Net neutrality is a good protection against the likes of Comcast which will certainly institute fast lanes and "packages" for sites. The idea then that we can "leave" for another provider is incorrect. In many areas Comcast is the only provider. Who will small business turn to if Comcast creates fast lanes, throttles services, etc.? Protect those who use the internet. We already all see the internet as a utility like a gas or water bill. Keep ISPs classified as they are to keep net neutrality. This is vital to our freedom of information access. Allowing ISPs the power to block off sites that don't pay for faster delivery or what not is akin if not exactly censorship.
