Absolutely not. If the rationale is "They would do something destructive with it. They can't be trusted not to use it," Then the US should lose its military. You look at what US foreign policy has some to the middle east under Bush, Obama, and likely to continue regardless of Trump or Clinton (but especially the latter). Look at the destruction and the civilian loss of life and the absolute terror we've caused and you tell me why they wouldn't want a weapon and be angry enough to use it. They have just as much right to have one as we do. It's on us not to anger them into using it, just like other countries have to avoid pushing is into using ours. That being said, I'm all in favor of robust DEFENSE. So if they start gearing up to use it, then we bring immense heat and make it rain unrelenting hate. I support defense, but we have no moral ground from which to be concerned about someone else being aggressive with their military and weaponry.
