I am a liberal. So now that we have that out of the way, this is a concurrent resolution. Which is non-law binding and really just more of a way for Congress to get momentum for an idea to become a bill with more details later. Right now this has not guts or anything in it. Think of it as a “request for info or proposal.” An RFP/RFI for those business savvy folk. The concept is a neat idea, but where you will lose me is the details. If there is no sustainable public school funding/programs to support this, then it is nothing more than stump speech fodder.
