What is the point behind this? Is it assumptions that people that need help are low down, lazy and no good? There are many working poor. Folks that work to provide and feed their families. With the cost of living someone that works 40 hours at minimum wage can't afford to pay for rent and feed their family. It's just shameful to add another requirement to getting help. Maybe we need a bill to remove some of the tax loopholes and benefits the rich receive.
