This isn’t a bill to just remove the Grizzly from an endangered species list. This is to prevent judicial review of this bear situation- I’m assuming the “faulty science” used to obtain the count that put them in an endangered list in the first place.
Why does the government need to be enclosed in endangered species lists in the first place? Or require a bill to remove an animal?? Does it require a bill to place an animal on the list as well? And why can’t an independent scientific group or an entity appointed by the government separate from the government handle this? At the very least I feel like a bill to add/subtract an animal from the endangered list is over the top.
