I second what Andy said: This legislation is 1. Far too broad and encompasses much more than just bump stocks, effectively outlawing aftermarket parts that are common for hunters and competitive shooters 2. Is mostly unenforceable and 3. Is reactionary in a way to penalizes legal, law-abiding gun owners for the actions of one deranged individual. Personally, you have to narrow the definition of the legislation so this only covers bump stocks and nothing else for me to consider even to vote yes on this.
