North Korea has been at least one of the worst actors in the world for 70 years. The problem is their "apparent" reverence for their line of leaders, each of whom has shown very little to no regard for the citizens and just proceeded to continue the war that started nearly 70 years ago. We should increase the sanctions to a critical point, with the participation of other countries in the world. This lead to progress with Iran, a much stronger country, but it must be a participation by the world as a whole. The first step needs to be pressure on China to stop supplying such a rogue nation, dangerous even to China, with what the rest of us with hold. If China can be persuaded to join the action, progress should be in short order. China does not need an atomic power with a crazy man in control of the switch on its south border. It should be possible. I am empathetic for the North Koreans, as I suspect they are, for the most part, good people with concerns mainly for their families like everyone else, but have been misguided by this distorted form of government. We all have our breaking point. If China stops their supplies, I think it is likely that the North Koreans will take care of government change on their own.
