In the interest of cost saving, employers should be able to have access to behavioral information which has a direct implication for wellness, i.e. Smoking, Body Mass Index, and running/walking stats. These can be changed by the employee and a lower cost may be an incentive for chosing a healthier patterns. But genetic info is personal property and employers should have no access to it. On behalf, especially, of my transgender sisters and brothers who already face discrimination, I strongly oppose this bill.
