As a librarian I recognize that many scientific studies are unfortunately not publicly available because they are privately published. This bill is just a sad excuse to prevent the EPA from using scientific studies that the GOP does not deem legitimate. This would be an incredibly expensive bill, as every study would have to be conducted multiple times (how many times before its considered replicable exactly?) regardless of overwhelming conclusions on top of all those studies being publicly accessible. Basically this would prevent the EPA from doing their job. We don't need a million studies to prove the Flint water crisis.
