The people that voted for this bill seem to not understand that if there was a case before the supreme court that involved the ACA, and the court found that the ACA was unconstitutional in that case, it could not be used as precedence. It just seems that the people that voted for it all oppose the ACA, and i'm not certain they understand what the bill would do. This bill is not about healthcare. It should be a non-partisan issue of congressional over-reach. I understand that it only effects cases involving the ACA. But it effects all cases no matter which way the court ruled. If the court made a ruling it should be allowed to use precedence, and congress should not be alowed to have a say in it. this bill destroys checks and balences.
