Voting Yes would prevent employers and other entities from being able to do illegal activity and getting away with it. These companies force people to sign away their rights in order to receive a desperately needed job or service, and it's unconstitutional and un-American. Before signing my rights away, I felt I would regret it; however, feeling desperate for income, I signed, as I was told that signing would be mandatory, if I wanted the job. Since my injury in 2016, I've lived a horror story, and all the harassment, humiliation, discrimination, and violations that followed are all results of the company knowing they have a system in place that allows them to do whatever they want with paying any real price for their illegal activities. We need our federal/state systems and laws to be fair and enforce that illegal activity cease and no type of forced activity be legal. We should always have an option. America is not Communist, but it sure feels like it is, when we, as a people, don't have laws to back up our rights against large corporations, who force us to do things, we don't want to do. This is supposed to be "America - Land of the free and Home of the brave." Well, we need it to feel that way across the board; it's time our laws back up that very concept. I hope all in the House agree and never have to experience the torment that I have as a result of the atrocities that follow being forced to sign and Arbitration agreement and being injured on the job and having affects that have been long lasting.
