My sister wants a nurse. She was at one point in your life treated for opiate addiction. After that she had a stroke due to low blood pressure. She lost most of her vision and her career. About a year after the stroke she started having seizures. She was repeatedly misdiagnosed because of the drug history in her records. The seizures were significant, resulting in hospitalization is lasting from 3 to 12 days, and often having to be intubated. She developed Takosubo cardiomyopathy. She died at 56 years old. Instead, emergency room doctors repeatedly mis-diagnosed her as having some kind of drug reaction, often delaying treatment for her seizures. I believe that if she had been properly treated from the beginning, she would be alive today.
