This hypothesis in theory seems there is no sound or concrete plan of action. All thats bought to the table are mere speculation; well here's a theory that can be considered: Nuclear Magnetic Resonance. Since are northern hemisphere is experiencing a gradual meltdown which is now only a hypothetical point of view. I doubt if are nuclear commission will even go along with this opinion. Ever since the atomic age became a reality; we have seen a increase in nuclear power plants releasing radio active emissions for over three to four decades now. Documents even suggest during and after the cold war there was a nuclear power plant built and operational in Artic Iclands, for the purpose of military use. Then abandoned in later years. With so many nuclear power plants in use and direct bombardment from are sun, releasing alfa and gamma particles could be overwhelming in reducing the ozone layer. "Science taught well, for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction." It might even be to late to save our ozone layer. P.S. our north pole is a magnetic field which can repel and attract.
