What exactly does the term "flexibility" mean in the context of this legislation? I don't trust the word "flexibility" when it comes to conservation. The facts are these: humans have disrupted the natural environment to the precipice and only strictly followed environmental protections, as well as smart and ethical consumption, will bring back the balance. We need more regulation when it comes to the environment, especially now when corporations and the ultra wealthy have more money and power than ever. A healthy ecosystem = healthy humans. We are not above nature, we are part of it. I hope one day that republicans will understand that.
