By voting Yea on this measure, it seems that you are making it more challenging for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to do their job, since they have to cite companies for safety hazards within the six-month time frame. If they are reviewing multiple organizations for safety issues (and I assume there are quite a few companies that cut corners), this can lead to companies not being held accountable for unsafe practices. It seems that a Yea vote is a vote against the American worker. It seems that a Yea vote is a vote for unsafe scaffolding, a vote for improper training, a vote for chemical exposure. A Yea vote means that American workers are likely at greater risk. Shame on you for voting against hard working Americans that simply want their workplace held to the highest safety standards.
