For certain jobs titles- yes. I.e. Certified Nurse Assistants, technical positions, administrative assistant positions I do believe should have a minimum wage of 13-15 dollars an hour. For fast food, or positions like entry level retail, no I do not think a minimum wage should start at above 13+. Main reason, because CNA and technical positions are in high demand, essential to our population, are skillful and demanding jobs, and positions that many workers will stay in for the remainder of their careers. These people deserve a certain quality of life that ensures they can be active participants in our national economy, housing market, etc.
