This would be awesome if it would be used for the right reasons. Unfortunately, this would be too easily overpowered in the Pro-Life v Pro-Choice argument. This should definitely be looked at in a different light to keep Roe v Wade instated. Also, pregnancy is not 100% throughout, so what happens if she suffers a miscarriage? What happens if the child dies during the birth? There are too many variables that could be and probably will be overlooked with a bill like this. If the woman files then has a miscarriage, how will she go about correcting the paperwork? Who will regulate the numbers? How will they stop fraud? How much money will be required to regulate this bill?
