How can we expect our nation to develop when we decide our standards don't matter? Education is the foundation of growth, and when you leave it to states who already severely undervalue aspects and regulations of it, there is nowhere to go but backwards. The defense that the tenth amendment requires it is no more true than saying requiring proven success is less important than "school choice." Education has been thrown back and forth for decades. The only thing that grows is children's revulsion to their own system. These aren't choices, they're condemnations.
