Most people do not comprehend the fact that if a mothers or child's life is in danger, removal of said child then becomes a practical medical procedure. For instance, my baby died in utero, at 3mos there was no activity and pregnancy hormones declined rapidly. By the time of fetal removal my body had begun reabsorbing the baby and my life was then in danger. If the pregnancy has passed a certain point and the baby is viable then a c-section or induced labor is done. If the child is not viable then the dignified thing is to allow the child to pass. Not rocket science.
