I've been going back and forth over these questions regarding Congressional subpoenas, impeachment proceedings , and the release of the redacted Mueller investigation without any redaction. At least Congress should see the entire report in its entirety. Speaker Pelosi's comment that she "doesn't want to see him impeached she [I] want to see him in jail," makes for a good soundbite but does not serve the people of the U.S. nor the Constitution. The Constitution provides for initiating articles of impeachment, the standards for which I believe have been met. While there is very little chance the president (small 'P' on purpose) the exercise must be performed in order to preserve democracy and the Constitution. Too many laws and provisions of the Constitution have already been shat upon which has already weakened the rule of law and diminished the powers of both the Constitution and Congress. AG Barr and all the others who have refused to comply with the Congressional subpoenas should be held in contempt of Congress and imprisoned until they comply. Really. AG Barr's implication that 'his career is complete and has nothing to lose' is ridiculous. He does have something to lose; his freedom. I am usually a very nice person, but now I'm equally a very angry citizen. Congress needs to grow a spine and follow the letter of the law regardless of how it plays in the media. This is important, people!
